Charlie Haury and Mike Bausano met while working together at Cohesion Consulting (then PSI Group).  Charlie was focused in Recruiting and Recruiting Management, while Mike was starting his career in Account Management.  After several successful years with Cohesion, Charlie left to start a technical recruiting practice with engineering firm Prestige, and Mike went into management with global staffing firm Robert Half International.

Over several years apart, Charlie and Mike noticed things that worked in the industry, and things they’d like to leave behind.  They wanted to get away from “sell first ask questions later” and firms filled with high turnover, junior recruiters and account executives.  Their image was a smaller, more agile firm where only tenured, experience, and successful recruiters and account executives would be invited to join.  They envisioned a company that built relationships with their clients from the ground up, who showed loyalty to their clients by not working with it’s competitors, and one that rewarded and retained their best employees.

Triple E Partners was born in January 2010 with three core principles.  We would be Effective, Efficient, and Economic.  From that day forward we have served client from coast to coast as large as the biggest names in the Wall Street Journal, to the shop around the corner.  We have attained tier 1 status with some of the most respected companies in the US, as well as a spot on the INC 5000.

 

SERVICES we provide

 

RETAINED SEARCH

For an annual retainer fee, we will facilitate hiring of any and all openings you require. In addition we will conduct regular consultations with your leadership regarding hiring strategy and current trends in your talent market to ensure you stay ahead of the curve.

 

CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH

We offer highly confidential searches for sensitive openings or employee transitions that you may not wish to make public. We also offer exit searches for high level individuals looking to make a change without drawing attention.

CONTINGENT SEARCH

We offer contingent search to all clients. You pay nothing up front, we conduct searches, facilitate interviews and offers, and work with you to on-board your new hire. You do not pay until we deliver.

These candidates surpass more than just their industry expertise, but have also passed our E3 Certification, bringing them to the forefront of our talent as powerful strategic assets of your industry.


OUR STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESSFUL RECRUITMENT

CONTRACT

We offer Contract Employee Services for short term needs or job openings with an uncertain duration or selected budget. Each contractor will be W2 employees of Triple E Partners and billed to you at a flat hourly rate. Triple E absorbs all employment costs associated with the contractor (payroll tax, insurance, etc.). The consultant is yours as long as you need them!

CONTRACT TO HIRE

This blend of contract and direct hire methods allows you to contract a potential full time hire for a period of time, then convert them when the time is right. During the contract period, they will be an employee of ours with Triple E Partners absorbing all associated costs to then bill you a flat rate. Once the contract period is over you have the choice to convert them to your employee, extend the contract for longer or terminate the contract if the need no longer exists.

DIRECT HIRE

With direct hire staffing, Triple E Partners will conduct the search on your behalf, facilitate interviews and offers and assist in all on-boarding efforts. The candidate starts fully signed on as your employee, with no contract period. We offer a guarantee period on our placements so you can be assured your money will be well spent on the right hire.

Charlie Haury

Charlie spent his time as both a recruiter and recruiting manager before Co-Founding Triple E Partners. He now focuses on implementing our hiring strategies for our clients, and delivering talent. Charlie is an expert in complex and difficult searches, and uses a vast personal network created over almost two decades of recruiting.

Mike Bausano

After beginning his career in recruiting, Mike sent into Account Management and Business Development, then Management with global staffing firm Robert Half International. In his current role Mike works closely with our clients on everything from creating hiring strategy to continued client service after a successful placement. Over a span of more than 15 years, He has worked with clients at the top of the Fortune 500, the Department of Defense, and startups.

John Started his career in the sports marketing department at Florida State University, before joining Triple E Partners as a recruiter. After putting in years of outstanding work as a recruiter, John was made a partner in 2015. Currently John spends his time seeking the absolute best candidates in their field.
